My support thread...

I've had a couple go missing as well. The one that made me the most angry was a brand new one I put out 1 week before season. Got to the tree opening morning and it was gone. Rotten bass turds!!

First one I ever lost wasn't even mine,

A friend of mine came down the week before season and put up his new macdaddy stand complete with ladder. He said I forgot to bring my locks, lets run to the store and get some cable and locks......Me: Don't worry about it, I ve never had anything stolen yet........guess what was miss the following week for opening day.

Well , he wasn't BIG ENOUGH to keep his stands from growing legs and leaving !

Real shame too......he baught the mac-daddy big man stand. the platform almost had enough room to square dance on, big comfy seat, not one of those little bike seat that ride up your crack.

Most of my stands are ladders , that require two men and a monkey to put up ! Guess the thieves here in Iowa lack the monkey !

I too have fallen off the wagon , as yours trully is back not only to get a fix on havng offtopic withdrawers , but to report that I was at a Marine Corps reunion and to do cheers that I downed a double shot of " Black Velvet " whiskey !

I know what it feels like to fall off that wagon now and also ask for your advice , prayers and whatnot on asking for your support during these rough times as I'm going through , knowing that I have let many of you down !
