Well there Australian , here's what we home owners in this small town in westcentral Iowa like for a neighbor .

One who knows how to use a match !

House might sell for $20 ,000 before the fire ( all I'd pay for it )!

You could than build a new house for around $170,000 and be my hunting partner if you own the following ;

Hoyt bow ( will let you by on a Martin , Bear , Jennings , Darton or a PSE )

4x4 pickup , along with offroad capibilities for that truck

big screen TV , just so you'll fit in the neighborhood

Gun hunter would be optional , as we do gun hunt deer also

and of course your own man-card and a translater

then it will be a go

I always use the real thing ( carp that is ) !

That Australian is in if he brings his sisters , otherwise the deal is off as that 4X4 doesn't hold the required amout of deer that we shoot in one day or enough beer !

He does have a big enough gun though , but it's not portable enough and we'd need another 4X4 just to haul ammo !

I don't think we need worry about gutting any critters we hit with that cannon !
