anybody here shoot Wicked1 strings?

I shoot on the guys staff just wondering if anybody on here shoots his strings and what they think about them.

i've been shooting wicked good lately that is wicked good for me

I like them a wicked1 lot.
They are a good string, no stretch, no peep turning (or very little that I can see).
the only issue I have had with them is some serving.
when I told the guy about the one string I wa having problems with he sent me a new string with a different type of serving on it (he is not using the old type anymore)(sorry I don't remember the names), no questions asked.
he has a good warranty that goes with them.

Web site says $76.00 for 1-2 color compound strings. Is that just the string or for the whole set?

yeah that what he made mine out of.
I am loving those strings.
you won't have string twist and stretch.
I also hear that astro flight is a little lighter then some other string materials.
I converted my static buss cable into a shoot-through buss, love my bow!

I'll agree that Wicked1strings are the best! I went from Winner's Choice over to Wicked1 and I'll take Wicked1 any day......

I had quite a bit of stretch with my Winner's Choice and we have a 1 year warranty against stretch here at Wicked. Give em' a try!

there's nothing like bringing a 7 month old post back to light!

After further investigation into this company and shooting their strings for a short period of time the conclusion is that they aren't the best! In fact, their customer service is lacking and their "word" isn't very good either. You will find many others that agree with me.....but you will also find several SHEEP that follow them around no matter what!

Wicked1 is not recommended by me unless you want to pay for strings that will take a long time to receive and your guess is as good as mine with how long you'll shoot them before serving seperation and peep rotation!

I haven't had any trouble with serving separation or peep rotation on my Wicked1's. I shot Wicked1 strings on my Old Glory from November through March shooting 100-150 arrows per day 5-6 days/week with no problems. I got a new bow so I recently ordered a set for that bow but they are not here yet. I told Wicked1 I am not in a huge hurry for my strings as I'm shooting the Octane's that came on my bow. I will say that the wicked1 strings are superior to the Octane string. I can't wait for my new bow to get wickedized! I'm revamping my Old Glory right now too to shoot 2 classes so will again be shooting Wicked1 strings with that bow.
Also, yes I am a staffer but I'm not a "sheep". I have heard others have had some problems and that is their deal. Personally I haven't had any problems. My first set of strings took about 6 weeks to get here and I was ok with that. They were spot on right away. My hubby had a couple minor issues that were worked out and he is happily shooting his Wicked1's also. He makes fun of me because he has no peep rotation or string problems and I have peep rotation out the wazoo! It's very annoying and he likes to pick on me to the max about it!

every string maker has a bad set here or there,no way around that...but thats pretty bold of you to make a comment like that about wicked1,when you yourself had some pretty shotty buisness ventures.....
great strings,turnaround is a lil slow but theyre working on getting that all resolved,and thats all they can do is work at being better,nobody is perfect!!but all my sets ive got from wicked1 have over a thousand shots and still look new,with out 1 single flaw what so ever,so if i have to wait a month then for strings this great,i have no problem with that.

wow can you say hipocrite look at your first post in here Ive had a set on a guardian for almost 3 years now and it is my tourny bow so I got alot of shots out of it and still no streach or serv sep. You yourself were on the staff were you not? If im a sheep then im the black one and I will tell you a thing or two just ask wait time is nothing it is back arounf 14 days Joe got help twisting now so he can get them out sooner. He just shipped 2 sets last tues and I got them thurs then he shipped me 7 sets on sat and I should have them by wed or so due to the holiday. Now that is service 9 strings in a weeks time oh boy wish it wouldnt take so long haha j/k great job Joe and Crew keep up the good work ill post up some pics of my destroyers when I get the strings on.

X2 I know someone with a string order over 6 months old. That is outrageous to wait that long and never know if they are coming. These are strings that were paid for.

Go over to Archery Talk and search them. There are a lot of unhappy campers over there who have heard excuses from flooding to holiday interference. lol Lot of guys over there got ripped and many had flawed strings and just tossed them.
