How to compensate
Anyone know how much I would have to compensate if im shooting my bow from a 15 foot stand? I have a wild game innovations halo rangefinder but the guy who sold it to me said it doesn't compensate so I need yalls help

Shoot lower than when on level ground.

All the tips in the link above are good. I have used most of them. I range all sorts of stuff while I am in the tree so when a deer comes out I know how far away it is. Practice by taking a range on a tree both at the ground and at eye level with you in the stand to see the difference.

That's what I would do if you can, set one up in the yard and practice from it.
