Life is just full of humor.....
10 days until season and my cable decides to bust on me....at full draw no less.
So I have a set of Vapor Trails on the way to the shop and he said he will get them on ASAP. Hopefully I will be shooting Monday. I just hope these things are prestretched good.

It sucks but isn't really that big of a deal. If your guy knows what he is doing and you know exactly what your draw length is.
Your going deer hunting not the ASA Classic, Vegas or the FITA world championship. If you had the bow shooting good and sighted in good before. Get it to the same lbs and lbs and you should be able to get the bow shooting back in the same spot within an hour or two.....I know I could get you or me there

I noticed I was losing dw this year. Thought nothing about it, everything looked good. It broke under the end serving at cam on the cable. Not worried about it much. The guy I called is a great guy. And I am sure he will get me hooked up and shootin soon.

Banks have plenty of money and they are still making better bows every year , so the best one is still out there !

Bow is shooting better than it has all year. I think after 5 years the cable had been used up and was beginning to let go. I am glad it was a Mathews any other manufacturer and I would probably be changing limbs, cams, cable guard. Who knows what else. I will be purchasing another XT after the first of the year. No limb exploding Bowtech or shoulder wrenching Hoyt for me. I am looking for a Strother or K&K though.

Better now than at full draw on a ten pointer. Be positive is more than a blood type.
