Just joined the forum, quick question

Has anyone seen the reinforced d-loops from Tompkins Archery? It's a new company with some cool ideas. They are saying their d-loop is reinforced toit doesn't wear out easily, and they have come up with some new way to fletch arrows quicker, or in the field that will be out soon. Just wondering what your all's thoughts on it are. I had a d-loop break once on me, this seems like some reassurance to keep it from happening.

I would like to try that D-loop stuff out.

I got a release, stan's shoot off, that will eat up a d-loop in less than a month.

I myself use the D-Loop and with my experience so far with it I have had no negative issues with it. It hasnt affected my arrow flight pattern, vibration, or quietness of my bows performance, in other words I recommend it but once again it comes down to personal preference of the archer. I use a release as well and so far the integrity of the loop has held up better than ones I have used before

I got several feet of BCY D loop material so, I wont be changing anytime soon. If you are having issues with fast wearing d loops, its the release jaw(s). I had a Carter 2 shot that had an appetite for D loops , sent it back to Carter and they sent me a new release head.

I sent it back to Stan's at the beginning of last indoor season. They said they rebuilt the whole release but it still eats d-loop like it's goin out of style.

I thought it might be the way I hold the release but I shot a Just-B-cause for 2 or 3 years before I got the shoot-off and never had this problem.

Maybe one of these will help out. I shoot a Hot Shot that does the same thing.
