Well today , this sick bay cammando , decided to make some deer jerky with my last ground deer meat ( 14 lbs. ) that I still have !

I use two dehydraters at a time ( as that's all I got ) !

I mixed the meat and jerky ingredient today , leave in in the fridge next to the PBRs ( so I can keep an eye on it ) and will be cooking it in two days !

I need to start thinking why " yours truly " will need to face the outdoors bowhunting and as the man in the family , I need to be putting meat on the table so the wife and me can make it through another winter !

I have to fire myself up , and just think of myself and spouse not starving this winter , as most of my tomato crop didn't turn before the freeze !

I need to reintroduce myself to my arsenal of bows and start flinging arrows , as the real cold weather starts in November , December and January !
