ok here. power was off for about 8 hours. got some snow and wind. not to bad. I'm about 375 miles from the coast in the mts. so we didnt get much of the strom. thanks for your concern and prayers.

I survived with out any damage. Lost power and went to fire up the generator. It didn't fire up  . So it was too late to fix it. Next day still no power I left for work. I got home early and fixed the generator. Yeeeee haaaaa!!!! Family came home and were all happy. only to have the power come on 20mins later. Whats up with that. Bet if I didn't fix it the power would still be out. Lost power for 23 hours.

Hutch , you needed to get that generator up and going sooner ,, for everyone else's sake !
I'm glad that your family and you are alright !

Can someone tell me what is located at these Cordinates
Latitude: 41° 9092' North
Longitude: 95° 065' West
A mate who flies for QANTAS said he just flew over this place and Damm if this town wasn't the worst hit town in North america from Cyclone Sandy ,he reckons the place looks trashed from the air!!!Does anyone know what town this could be????????
