A little known fact !
I'm a proud bowhunter again !
That orange army is for those with no skill !
I'm waiting for the gun hunters to finish off the weak , dumb and undesireable critters and leave us skill folks the smart ones !

Well the first 4 days of being in the orange army was uneventfull.
I saw a couple spikes, a small 5 point, and a small herd of does and fawns.
told the two bucks to come back and visit next year and told the does I'll see you later.
lost most of my euchure games, and money(nothing new there) drank most of a bottle of blackberry brandy and found the bottom of a big box of beer.
Opening weekend was a success!!
Can't wait for this weekend

A little known fact !
I have decided to for go any gun hunting this year as " yours truly " who is a qualified hunter will be killing does at " yellowsmoke county park " !
Was on my buck grunt call , that I got with my prized Jennings Buckmaster " bow , and a buck came bee-lining for me , scared the heck out of me cause I could hear him in all the leaves right below my stand . I couldn't shoot ( it's an antlerless hunting only area ) this garbage rack deer , as I'm after a Mega Doe !
Seem alot of deer , but none was close enough , as I don't shoot over 25 yards and really like 'em in close , like 15 yards or less !
Saw a very large buck and about a dozen more deer in the last hour of light , we can hunt half an hour past sunset ! ( that was all I did at them )
Was a great day as I got a tree stand up , 4 anterless tags brought and seen alot of deer !

Wow LC that's quit a story !
But here's my deal , as on this antlerless hunting place , I can bowhunt during the upcoming gun season , those orange army dudes will be chasing them deer critters rigt into a Carpshooter's killing zone ,where gun hunters can't go !
That's why I'm choosey , cause that gun season begins first weekend of December and let the !
Now you know and you are !

They can't get within a half of mile of me , besides my weapon is quiet !
They won't be able to see " yours truly " piling up MEGA DOES until my four tags are gone , might have to reuse some of them tags !

They still had 39 left out of 50 after I brought mine !
Come on down , but as a non-resident , you can't hunt , but you could help haul freshly arrow critters away as "yours truly " will be in the thick of it !
Bring plenty of arrows and I shoot rage or spitfire broadheads , but may have to go to my old fix ones if you don't bring enough !
I got plenty of PBRs to celebrate later with !

YES what I will be doing is legal and yes I'll be calling those tags in (twice ) !
That's why I'm going this route , getting tired of shotgun hunting and I didn't have to buy any other tags , just these 4 , this time !
I do love bowhunting , as it's the right way , like damn do I get close to them critters !
