Oh yeah I almost forgot.......
the furnace in my office quit working yesterday, temp is right around 22 degree's in my office. I'm trying to type with gloves on and I'm wearing my winter coat. My coffee is cold and I only drank half a cup. Yeap.

A little known fact !
I should be using my Hoyt Accutec , which is my real deer killing bow or my Reflex Caribou , but my trusty Jennings is more suited to my style of hunting , stalking them if I have a wounded deer !
I've been lucky to see both deer drop with lung shoots this year ! The spitfire didn't open up on that second Mega doe , as the first one was shot with a rage ! I'm amazed that the second doe went down so fast ! I will be buying rage broadheads or use fix bladed ! I never bowhunted last year , mostly because of my wife's cancer problems ! I do enjoy bowhunting from a treestand alot !

There's been just a hint of winter here. Nothing serious. Got to hunt saturday with snowflakes coming down in the AM, changed to rain in the afternoon. I don't mind snow to hunt in but otherwise it means nothing but extra work for me (non payed extra work). I hope for a mild winter like last year. Good for the deer and my wallet. Once deer season is over we could go directly to spring as far as I'm concerned. January-February-March are a waste. Nothing happens but survival.

I got two more months of shooting antlerless deer on that management area that "yours truly " is hunting !
So let it snow , let it snow , let it snow , as long as we never get more than a few inches on the ground !
