I don't use a peep. I'd rather one of the alternatives, like Archery Innovations Anchor Sight, or Perry's No Peep, or if you can find one, a Timberline No-Peep. One of my bows just has a couple tied nocks at nose tip level. Just another anchor reference for a hunting bow where low light is the norm rather than the exception. I'll never use a peep again for hunting, just another thing to go wrong IMO. I've tried larger peeps (1/4) and they do allow for alot more vision, but still they can be slightly twisted at go time. I'm more comfortable with one of the alternatives having used them for a while now. I never have to worry if the peep will be square.
If I were strickly a target guy or had a target only bow, I might change my tune a little.
