I'm up , but have decided to give the deer a chance in life to live another day !

I got to go with my wife and visit my youngest daughter in Pleasant Hill ( suburb of Des moines ) Ia. ,, her young daughters , son and husband !

I’m up and have walked a mile in 20 minutes. Now a cup of coffee and back to jumping up and down. Over the past week I have lost 7 pounds. I do believe that if I look around I can find them though. Let’s see, there they are in that honey bun warming in the microwave.

I made my wife pancakes for breakfest this morning , so my man-card is solidly in my grasp !

Boy I feel great this morning. I am up doing Jumping Jacks and Deep Knee Bends for beginners and plan on a three mile hike down the old treadmill after the second cup of coffee. Well on second thoughts maybe just a mile and a half. I should be able to get that done in about 30 minutes.

Good Morning I feel so good that I might be dreaming.

Get out of bed and hit the bathroom to relieve the bladder

To the kitchen to start coffee

Stick finger and take a little blood

Wait 8 seconds to see a beautiful number of 91
All that jumping around in the basement is paying off. This is the first time I have saw a number below 130 in a couple of months.

Had a dog come out at me and when he got about 20 yards away he turned tail and ran away.

Boy that didn't take long this morning, it is cold out there so I hurried back to the house.

Let me see now, the house is 54 feet long and I made it to the end of the truck which is about 15 feet long this means that I ran about 30 feet today.

Wont the wife be proud of me today.
