Due to the heavy response everyone is requested to bring their own cup. Shuttle busses have been set up at three locations for your convince.

How's one person expected to go to three locations , which one handles us folks from " The Tall Corn State " and wil there still be a limo waiting for us ?

I just want a cup of coffee , not planning on going on some sidewalk parade or such !

I would like to personally thank all who came by for a cup of coffee today and I do apologize for any delays you may have encountered due to the high volume of people we worked hard to stay caught up.

Splitting all that wood for the stove sure was a good work out although we have no trees left.

We did have one incident today as someone killed the cat. Witnesses did say the person who done this deed had a funny accent and favored a kangaroo.

" Yours truly " will not be going to " The pork Palace " today , because of the blizzard we have going on here in Iowa !

We got 8 + inches of snow on the ground and more on the way , besides high winds plus the state doesn't clear the roads like they use to !

I like my 4x4 pickup to remain dent free and I got better things to do than spend time in a ditch !

Got up this morning and went outside in my boxers to relieve myself.

Boy it is a fine morning this morning just like yesterday but in the morning we will be getting all that cold air off the snow that seems to have some staying at home today.

The wind is howling and the rain is coming down in sheets. It sounds like a hairy cane out there or one of them tore nate toes. I suppose that should I walk a mile today I would burn some calories. The trees look like they are growing sideways instead of up. I could do white water rafting in my drive way.
