Good Trade?
Looking at possibly trading a S&W M&P .40 cal for a PSE Money Maker. Not sure of the bow other than it is green, comes with a rest and sights. Also it has an America's Best Bowstring. The M&P has a few extras so the total value of that gun package is around $600. The bow is used and depending on the rest/sights this could be a fair trade? Any comments on the PSE Money Maker (sported in a green color -- my favorite).
Plus last night I found that my limb on my hunting bow (only bow) that I have been shooting league with is cracked and needs to be replaced.

I guess it's a good trade. A new M&P is $550-600....a used Money Maker is cheaper then that.....
I wouldn't trade for the bow personally....but I would make the trade for the pistol The bow is going to loose value...the pistol isn't.

Here's what I think !
That PSE bow is ugly but a good bow ,, I'd keep the pistol !~
Do what you need to do , but in my neck of the woods , those painted ( target ) bows are hard to get rid of !

I made the trade... I guess in the end it all came down to overall value and which one I will actually use. I had two pistols that I never shoot and one broken bow... So now that I added a target bow that I shoot multiple times a month, maybe I will use my investment.

I hear ya...but overall value you lost out BIG TIME. You could have sold the pistol if you wanted to get rid of it and got the bought a used MM with goodies and probably had money left over.
Guns hold value....bows don't.
