Is there someone here who could do a great job repainting a bow...????

what do you guys think.......I have a older Mountaineer Target bow I would like to get set up...but would like to change the color....don't know if it's even worth the trouble....Thoughts

What would be the Don'ts...???

I was going to take it by the Archery Shop and have them strip everything off it....Being I have no press or tools to do so ...

then after it was painted....have them install the cams and string back on....

Great qustion Pappy... I was just thinking about hitting some of my parts as well. I was also wondering about the prep work, seems with any type of painting the prep is the most important step. Lets say your bow is a finish that is glossy and smooth, if you just paint it not likely to stick very well in the long run?

This is what I found......I am sending my old Mountaineer target Bow to him today....

He will strip and Dip your bow in any Design for 100.00 bucks...I have picked out a pattern for mine...

Hey Pappy.... make sure you post a picture of your bow when it is done... And how about a before/after pics. Did they tell you how long they think it will take?

Which pattern did you pick?

I am doing my Riser in the Yellow Skull Flames....and the Limbs in the Black & White Skull Flames it will have a white base coat so everything should POP
