DARN IT! I knew I should have scored it!!!
So I was out shooting tonight... well let me give some background first.
My typical work day is about 4 - 5 hours of conference calls and lots of rushing to get work done. Today I had 0 conference calls and pretty much completed a task that I have ALL next quarter to do. Went out to lunch with a friend and had a great lunch and then left at 4:30 (I got in around 8:30 or so).
Came home and went out to dinner with the Wife, had a good dinner. Conner (my 10 month old son is over at the inlaws for the night)
Came home from dinner and it was just gorgeous out, about 50 - 55, sun was JUST low enough that the trees blocked it from blinding me but still plenty of light to shoot, no wind (which is rare) and a bright clear sky. So I figured I'd break out the bow and sling some arrows until it got dark, just some "exercise" kind of rounds... you know the kind.
So I start shooting and I'm hitting left, adjust the sight and I start shooting X's... now I normally shoot my weekly round with Sustainer and then we hand in our scores so I was like screw it I won't score it so I didn't write it down.
My scores were somewhere around: 50 - 48 - 46 - 50 - 50 - 48 (292 total) but I don't feel right entering them as I didn't write them down so I'm not 100% sure of them... by far the best round I've shot yet and I didn't score it!
Sustainer is working so I took pics of the 50's (one a 4x and the other 2 were 3x's) and sent them to him to make his night of working that much worse.
So it started getting dark, the wife came out, I smoked a fine cigar, enjoyed some Souther Comfort on the rocks (the liquor, not something else) and now I'm typing this. I'm about to go upstairs and watch the Illusionist (a movie) and then go to sleep.
It doesn't get much better then that.

Very nice shooting. I done about the same thing the other day just messin around with my BT Ultra 3 now I can't get my scores back up there. But I had'nt shot with that release for like 5 months other than just goofing off now and then. Seems when I first started back with it I could hold very steady now I'm floating alot more. But it is still better that my trigger release.
The Illusionist was a pretty cool movie by the way.
