Just shot the first qualifier last night. As of last night best score was 344 i believe, that's 30 targets. They're expecting up to 225-250 people to try to qualify. WOW!! It was a great shoot and had a great time.

What's your thoughts on the last leg of the kish shoot for those who shot it. I am guessing most scores went down, unless you were from wisconsin. That was a fun and challenging shoot.

Kish (Last leg)
Glad you liked it. We tried to make it more challenging, kind of like the Championship will be. I was one who's score went down. The Championship should be a good time.

You mean the championship will be that tough? My score was way down. Glad I shot the first two shoots. I think i'm right on the edge of making top 64. Hopefully, I am 64th!!!!!
Jefro, if you're who I think you are, I heard you are the one who thought of the idea of the first two targets. Those will either boost your confidence or bring you way down to start a shoot. I got lucky and got a ten on both, don't know if I could do that again. And whose idea was it to darken in the white spots on the pigs, that's just not right. I think that was the most challenging and grueling indoor shoot I have ever shot. I loved it, even I shot horrible. Thanks for making it fun and challenging.

My shooting was a disaster. I will be making some equipment mods before shooting the championship. The lighting caused me some real problems and I didn't have the peep apertures I needed. I'll be better prepared next time.

I am a member of Kish. and they needed some help with the setup. Caz said he wanted it to be difficult, well I think we did that. Even though I helped with the setup, I still shot my worst score ever. I was behind the tough shots (no white marks on the Javalinas, #1 and #2), but I had nothing to do with the lights being turned off. The Championship should be challenging, but not crazy. If you see me at the Championship, introduce yourself. I like to names with faces. Good luck

Jeff, just got my mail today, still no results, it's killing me. Oh yeah, about the lights. A couple friends and I were the first ones to shoot on Friday and we got their pretty early. I asked Kaz if they were going to turn the lights down because I remember in the past they have always done that for one of the shoots. He didn't hesitate to start flipping switches.

Congrats to Quin Virgil and Brian Kaskavage who finished first and second in the Bush class of the trophy division today. Not sure the rest of the results.

Congrats to all of them and thanks to everyone who helped put this on. I can't imagine all the hard work and time that is put in to put on a shoot like this. I was overwelmed with all the great shooters that were there. It was fun to watch them. I think the only thing I didn't do wrong at the shoot was dry fire my bow.

Sorry I missed this one. What are you trying to say?
Us boys from Wisconsin know how to shoot. Plus it is only 30 yards. How could your scores go down? I went to the third leg, and scored 2 points better than the first qualifier. Just because I was prepared.
Hope you are not to sour about most of the money coming home to Wisconsin. The six of us that came down from the Oshkosh area took home a little over $1400.
Plus $500 from the Busch flight also came home to Wisconsin.

30 targets, and there were plenty of 40+ ups. Even a 52 up and two 50 ups.

I sent an email to a friend since I was only able to make one qualifier and he stated that there will be others who will take it over for the guys in charge now.

I was going to say. For indoors there should be some high scores!!! They going to do another one next year? Or is the rumor of this being last one true?

I thought it wasn't that the people running it had an issue, it was the location that didn't want it?

It will go on
As of right now, the shoot will continue next year. We are working out all the details and who will do what to help out. We are always looking for people to help in any way they can to continue one of the best indoor 3-D events around.
