Archery Lessons, arrgghh...
Well, like everyone else, I struggle at times with archery too. So what do you do when you have reached a plateau and can't get any better.
You get help for people from good coaches. Well, I have gotten my first lesson from John Dudley. He didn't change much but he changed my back tension technique. You talk about hard. When you have done it for so long a certain way it is tough to change.
Well, tonight it finally started to come together. I finally felt like I was shooting decent. I have to shoot my first field league score this weekend and we'll see what happens.
I'll be using my new technique and a new Bowtech Commander so we will see what happens.

If your beating your shop guy. I'd go to another one to get lessons. LOL
I've been working on my leg and abs for stability. If you want to hold dead steady on a target. Leg and ab muscles are the ones you want to work on.
and shoot at 10 yards every night working on from in a mirror w/ a camcorder. You can really pic at your own form and things you might be doing wrong after you watch the tape over again. If you dont have a good coach around. I've been to a few shooter schools and found this helps about as much. As long as you know what you are looking for.

You bet I will. It's my first round of the year so I don't expect much. It's shooting very well at 20 yards though.
