one arrow
has any had this happen. I bought a dozen carbon express CX200. one arrow will hit about 11: o clock in the 4 ring ever time at 20 yards. I have refletched it twice, check the spline, straightness, weight and changed nocks. it still goes hi left. the only thing I can think of is the Korean that made it was in a bad mood and put a hex on it.

Ive had this happen with acc shafts thats why i switched to beman ics.
The carbon express ive tried but didnt stay with them.
I shot a lot of different kinds of graphite, carbon, aluminum carbon composite.
before i settled on one.
korean had a bad day,maybe!
The only other thing would be the shaft length is shorter, check the arrow total weight compared to the other shafts,if its flyin high its lighter, the fletching is not right with the others,or its not stright or like you said a production flaw. spin check it!

I think it's a special arrow that you use to impress some one with. like see that groundhog on that rock at 200 yards. watch this. I've checked weight it's good. I made a rig to check spline with some V blocks and a dial indicator they were all with in a couple 1000th. the only thing I haven't check is nock alignment. I'll do that today. also strightness is good. it just bugs me that I cant figure out whats wrong with it.

found the problem. nock wont align right. cut a 1/4 off and shoots good at 20 yards. guess I'll do what kbohunt said.
