anchor point help

Being an old finger shooter the corner of my mouth has
been my anchor point with this release I’m having a
Problem feeling the release in the corner of my mouth
Has anyone every modified a release by adding a dimple
or something on the side of it so you can feel it better
Lol I was using the fletching on the arrows as sort of a kisser
Button but when the nocks get turned a little bit I lose it

I guess you do not want to try any new achor points? I use a T handle release and put the 1st two knuckles in my jaw and then put my nose on the string.

I have tried other anchor points with really bad results and they feel so unnatural

I put my first knuckle below my ear lob and behind my jaw bone. I used to put my thumb there but was way too inconsistent. I also have the string slightly touching my nose.

Maybe you should consider a kisser button so you can still have a reference point at the corner of your mouth but anchor a litle lower. You could have multiple reference points, your nose on the string, the kisser, and maybe your knuckle or thumb at the base of your jaw.

I keep a wad of chewing tobacer back there so when my knuckel hits it I know I'm good. You might want to try a peice of hard candy though

Why not try a kisser ?
They make an extra parge one that would really give you a good anchor.

would like to try a kisser but where i anchor at wouldnt the arrow or the D loop be in the way for one ?

what is an extra parge?

I just added this to the release its a peace of plastic supper glued on I'll try it tomorrow to see if it works if it does I'll make another and drill and tap it

No it would not interfere with anything if your draw length was correct.
Sorry, I meant 'large' not 'parge'... I was typing with my brain out of gear I guess...
