He used both a recurve and a compound. I think he got a lot of it on video too. Here are some shots where you can see the arrow in flight.
I hope I can make a trip like that before I get too darned old. rick

I hope I make it there one day myself. I got to get the house paid off first!
 I am hoping when I am 50 I can do it. My friend Dennis is quite a guy. He has hunted and killed just about everything. Here is a photo cover of Dennis another friend of mine made for him. rick
