How long do you keep a bow for?

I can remember when Browning made the Mirage , had a friend who got me back into archery in the 90's and he had a PSE Fire Flight 80lb. bow that he brought on sale when he didn't know any better !

Remember the overdraws everyone had to have for speed ?

My Hoyt Alphatec has a one built into it's design !

Anywhere from 1 week to 3 years. I'm only counting the bows I use.

Way back, when most bows were shooting around 200, there was a guy shooting 230 with an overdraw at a local shoot. People were totally amazed at that blinding speed and I even overheard one person say that the sound of the arrow hitting the bail and the sound of the bow going off almost happened at the same time. Man, have things changed!!
