Another AT Convert
Hey guys, just wanted to say hello. Another Archery Talk Convert here, I wont go into detail about what my AT user name was. Sad what happened to that sight really. But this one seems to be pretty much just like it, lol. And its nice to see a bunch of AT faces here. Hopefully by everyone migrating from AT to here, this forum doesnt end up with the same issues, hehe. There really is no excuse for what happened on AT. I've a member of several large forums and AT is the only one i've ever seen anything like that happen on, and to be quite frank, its been going on way to long. Soon they wont have to upgrade, due to the amount of user's they are losing.

Welcome to the forum.
You can bet we have already started discussing upgrades and watching the number of online users. We will be very pro-active so we do not suffer the same fate as AT.

virtually none of the extraneous BS and bashing. I gave up on AT last summer

I agree re: AT. It's turning into a fest over there. Hope this site can remain civil. Good luck Chris.

Nothing against the folks over there...
but just got another "Website not Responding" error. Typical as of late in the evenings at AT. Either that or timed out error.
Guess you folks here will be stuck with me.......

Just depends on who you ask?
My wife, kids, boss, employees and friends may have differing opinions.....
Seriously, fairly new to the sport as far as really being "into" it goes. Shot bows for a long time. Only starting shooting 3D and spots on a very regular basis a year or so ago. I'll try to help when I can.
This site is off to a very good start so-far. Being a Hoyt and Reflex man I really miss the archeryoutdoors.com forum which was sponsored by Hoyt. They canned it for some unknown reason a few months ago. Went to AT seeking a replacement. That site goes way too fast for me (when it is operational that is). Too many posts in too short a time on too many subjects to keep up, at least for those who don't park their butts in front a computer for hours and hours on end anyway.
I'll be in here from time to time. You can form your own opinion of me over time. Thanks for asking. bbaumer
