Default Question about Hoyt

Vipertec, I was wondring how I could find out what year my bow is.Wife bought it for me and didnt bother to ask. I looked all over it and dont see any kind of marking.

The vipertec was made in 04 and 05 it was a short a to a hunting bow with an IBO speed rating of 300 fps.

I used to shoot an '03 Razortec. The Vipertec was it's replacement as the flagship hunting bow for '04. The Vipertec was the last bow they made that I liked. I personally feel the Hoyt line went south after that.

If it has a full wood grip its an 05. If the grip is two small pieces of wood with black rubber in between, its an 04

Good bows, Im sure you'll like it
