Best new item from 2000-2006
What do you think is the best thing in the last 6.3 years to become a well known item in the archery industry? I am torn between a couple. I'll wait a while and see what some other people come up with before I post.

O.k. fine just 2005-2006.
Is the time period to long, to many good things. even I thought you Frank would have chimed in w/Whisker bisquit. But anyway how about the last year and half? Any thing, or is there nothing you can think of?

Just seen the thread
I have been working so my time on here is very limited. I was going to say WHISKER BISCUIT but you beat me to it good job bowman you are finally coming around. See there everybody he said whisker biscuit is best new product in last 6.3 years. Anyway in the last year or so I would have to say Switchback XT. IMHO

Training wheels
As long as I learn to ride I don't care what it takes. Another item that has come along that has changed archery in my opinion is the string loop. Just how long has it been around anyways?

At least 10-15 years I think, I have an old Bernie Pellerate video from when all they had was magnesiem risers and he was showing people how to use them back then.

Definately STS
I don't think the new martin girl can hold a candle to Kate Robinson . So my vote would go to STS. Funny thing is my XT is going to be so smooth and quiet that I will not need one.

Do your self a flavor and just try one, people w/xt's are finding they even work on these bows. Bet w/one of those the Trykon XL would kick butt as a target bow. Shot one and thought it had just a little to much hand shock. Have to say this as we cant convince Mathews to make a 37-38" Switchback. If the short Switchbacks shoot this good can you imagine what you could do w/a longer one.

i would have to say the best new thing is the cobra sidewider sight, or the other style sights with the wound fiber optics, they just make great light on pins in near dark times of the day, great for hunters. Dont know when they accualy came out with it but i like it alot!!!

Now your talking,
Switchback XT
Apex
TrykonXL
What next?
You want a Prestige dont you? Or maybe an Apex7, I told you I just could not stop, it is like some substance abuse, only much healthier. And alot more fun w/out the side effects (weight gain-pimples-dependency)

I'll take one of everything!!!!
HMMMMM a prestige sounds very interesting. The fella a the shop still has not got his yet so I am patiently waiting to get to shoot it also. They do have a Blackmax 2 used at the shop I think the guy who owns it is wanting like $400 for it which I think is a little steep but you never know it is a mathews you know. Right now I will keep working on the Apex and Trykon. They both just seem to have me in a trance. That is until my XT gets here. Oh how I wish my XT was here right now. Thats right I will take a little cheese with my whine, thank you bowman.

To long of time frame.. too many good products in that time.
Lately, I think the STS is changing the way bows shoot and everyone seems to have or want one.
