Default Bristol Rod and Gun Club, CT, Ice Breaker 3D

Today started out cold and windy, but by the time we got to the club it was about perfect for a winter 3D shoot. Kris drove down from New york to meet Jen and I to shoot early. Scotty, Paul, and Jeff met up later to shoot.

I ended up with a 270, which I am very happy with considering my shooting woes of last year. Jen shot a 243, after getting off to a rough start, winning the womens division, and Kris didn't tally his score, as he was just shooting for kills.

Here are some pics from today....

The one picture I didn't get was the one of Kris shooting a Mathews!!!!!

All in all it was a great day, and a good way to kick off the '08 season.

I'm posting this for Vonotto, as he is to lazy to do it himself!!!

Shot my personal best today with a 290, which was good enough for 3rd and a trophy ;D Had a great time with Scott and Jeff. Clear and cool with just a few gusts of wind. Thecourse was a little "flat" meaning most of targets where in the 30 to 35 yrd range...not to good for an Open stake.

Great pics! If you like the open stakes long, look us up for our shoots (if your in Ohio). Our visiting open class archers love shooting our club shoots. Most of the open shots are 45 yards plus... We recieved lots of compliments on our set up yesterday.
