I finally got to mow my lawn last weekend and it looked more like a hay field than a lawn. If my kid wasn't so lazy I'ld had em dry it out, rake it up and put it in the barn for the horse this winter.
Instead I just mowed it twice and called it good.

I was having almost the same conversation with my 15 year old on saturday...........but I gave her a choice, pull weeds and mow the lawn or clean the chicken coop.
She decided mowing the lawn wasn't all that bad after all.
