I think your too close to the houses........those orange flags will scare the birds away.........and I don't think your blind is concealed enough

I think I'd move that setup so you can just shoot one out a window. You could put a speaker out the window too and play some calls - Does Ohio let you use electronic devices? I'd camo those cones too, oh and that Block target isn't going to help either unless you put a paper turkey target on it.
