Well if I was trying to protect the innocent I would have covered the Tigers head.

That corn was great. We have good corn here in IL/IA too but it's a bit too early for us because we had a lot of flooding problems and the crops are a bit screwed up this year. I should be able to get some good stuff in a week or so, possibly right now. We have a local farmers market on Wed and Sat so I can wait a day and a half and check it out.

5 arrows on NA side and 1 on the AF side...

6 losses total for me.... I still cannot figure out what happened on the bat target. I was right down the middle and the arrow just went into outer space. The damn thing might still be flying... I'm clueless on that one as well as goldslinger, Bobby and Nuge. Man, it was weird...

I have NO excuse for the BS that I did on the NA side. That was just not good.

I was struggling with too many things. Mostly not enough practice... Shame on me. When I got there on Thursday I felt like I was cramming for a final...

But I had a lot of fun and I was definitely not crying in my afternoon and evening beers...

Thanks Smokes for the prayer. No one was injured, only 1 hangover reported, all the food turned out perfect and a great time was had by all.
His prayer must not have covered speeding tickets! That turned out to be $192.50 by the way! Crap I tell ya!

No, but I accidently used my 43 yard pin on a 30 yard target and lost my arrow, ground tuned my bow, and spent the next few minutes looking for my arrow and release.

I didn't find it, didn't care at the time. I noticed what I was doing right as the release was letting go, I think the curse words were coming out before the arrow was half way to the target! It was really pretty funny...........but not for about 10 minutes. I think me throwing my bow and release would have been great on video!

Yep, especially on the African side. We both broke 1 arrow and lost 2. What, you mean someone practiced before this?

And I ranged it at 39; odd.....even if we hit a little different spot on the target that's a big difference. Now you have me wondering. I have some stakes I measured out with a tape at the house for shooting. I'll have to check mine out on them.

He may need to sell that bow at a bargain price to pay for the ticket and a lawyer to get the points from showing up on his license.
