Bow stands/holders?

Hello,

I recently got my wife into archery and she really enjoys the 3d shoots. The one thing is that I usually end up having to carry her bow and mine through much of the course because it tires out her arms. So I was thinking that maybe a sling/bow holder that was portable or something like this would allow her to rest her arms while people pull arrows or waiting for other shooters. Any thoughts/suggestions on this topic? Or should I just have her work out more and strengthen her arms I'm just trying to make it as enjoyable as possible so she won't want tos top. Thanks

you could try a pro pod
or maybe get her a hip quiver/3d rig with a with a bow hook

I would recommend the "Third Hand Clip". The group I shoot with all use them and we all found to be the best for holding the bow during pulling arrows. They are only about $8 and I think are well worth it.

When I still shot my hunting setup for 3Ds I used the third hand clip. I would have it hanging there from one target to another and just have my arm at the side to keep it from banging around. Out of all the different clips out there I think this one is the best. It holds the string nicely and now when my wife and I go shooting she uses it.

Thanks for all the replies with information.

It looks like the Third Hand Clip would serve the purpose. My only question is would that adversely affect the servings/string due to friction etc from the bowstring rubbing on the holder? I would assume it wouldn't move much since it would be used primarily when the archer is stationary like waiting etc, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask since a few of you seem to have used it.

I have been using it for about a year now and haven't had any wear or problems to the string from it.
