What state or states are you hunting this year?
Oklahoma for me this year only.
I run a lease of 2750acres and have ran that lease for ten years.
Have several buddies who own there own land and go hunt with them on occasion.
Treestand view
Most likely spend a few days in this treestand this year. Upsetting there no white oaks in this tree or any others this year.
Buddy treestand. Im in the stand high and buddy sits on the ladder stand.
DB
Heres a video of the ranch I hunt.

Public land in La. for me only this year. I lost 3980 acres of land this year to a public auction. I've hunted this land for all my walking years. It's out my back door taboot.
I'm open for all invitations. I can skin a deer faster than most, I can cook a cajun meal that you'll crave forever, I have one of the funniest wifes in the country, and she hunts too.

Same old wet spots between houses for me.
I'll take it though. Better than not going at all.

My most promising spots are in Jackson and Meigs. Can't wait, season opens in Ohio September 27th.

West Central Ohio for me.
No cameras out but have seen plenty of sign during the preseason. Put the stands up first weekend in Sept and haven't been back in there since. Just letting it cool off before we get out there and heat things up!

They were amazed we had 2750 acrs to hunt. They told me most of Ohio is small acres of land. They had a good time. Good guys. Not sure where the land is but its close to where the Beatty Buck was shot because I saw a newspaper clipping and Mike said it was less than 30minutes to where it was shot.

Northwestern Illinois on private land.
I'm a very fortunate person to have access to this property.

IDK where that buck was killed but the property in Meigs county that I will be hunting on had a 181" buck killed there (archery) last season.
Should be a great year!

I purchased a leftover non-resident tag for Kansas so I will be spending as much time there as I can again this year. I will also spend as many evenings during the week as possible here in Oklahoma.

Hey guys hope to find everyone doing well. I hunt southeast texas and have a pretty good year every year. I'v been hunting the big thicket NF for a few years now with grate results with hogs and deer. This year we have had a lot of acorns on the ground so it should be a good one.
For myself I wont be hunting this year, my family and I took a bad hit from hurricane Ike. everyone came through ok but we lost almost everything.
and wouldent you know my bow and gear was part of the lose.
But anyway you folks be safe this year in the woods and good luck to all and God bless.
