I'm going left handed!!!!

Bought an '08 Bowtech Equalizer.

Decided to go left handed because I'm left eye dominant. Pulling 40lbs and not doing too bad at it. I'm having to build up my stamina though.

Here's a pic of me shooting Left handed... and a pic of me shooting right handed....

I think the form's good...so what do you guys think?

your form looks good with the new bow. why are you extending the fingers on your left hand though? you didnt do that righthanded.....

you can also see less tension in your face from not having to squint you left eye closed.

I made the switch to left handed a few years ago too and I shoot better now than I ever did right handed. I think you'll be happy with the results.

My fingers are still relaxed on my right hand when I'm shooting. I think they look extended because I haven't quite found the comfortable spot yet. I'm still trying to get consistant.

Looks like a good decision.

The first thing I noticed was your facial expression. You look much more relaxed left handed...

At first I thought you were switching to Mathews as they were the original "dark side"........then I thought you were referring to the switch to Bowtech as some of the bowtechies like to use that term to irritate mathews nation.....then you mentioned going southpaw....which I never thought of as the dark side. I a little confused now.....

Viva los lefties! I'm left handed, but I always played all my sports right handed, so I thought I would "play" archery right handed as well. This was before I understood the eye dominate thing. I was ok shooting right handed, but when I switched to left, my groups REALLY tightened up. Welcome aboard!
