Default V-Bar and side stablizer length

I need some suggestions on v-bar set-up. I have a 30" Doinker stablizer and I have a choice of 8" or 10" side stablilizer. I'm leaning toward the 10".
Also I have a choice of V-bars. 40 degees out, 10 degrees down or 40 degrees out, straight.

Get something adjustable, after you get your ducks in a row and know what you want and like then shop around.
