I have a chance to buy a 2006 hoyt that had been shot very seldom, the bow is in tournament colours 40/50 pounds and it is in my drawlenght.I think the price is good but I am curious what you's think of a deal like this,I want it for field and indoor, is this a good choice (this fits my budget and leaves me some room to buy the things I need to fit it out for both.

I have an '05 v-tec and really like it, but only hunt with it at this point. I do hope to shot some 3-d when it warms up. It seems to be an aggressive bow but with a 40-50 dw I think it will be fine. I bought mine at the end of '06 loaded with some nice features for $575. The bows ability is definitely held back by me. Good luck!
