Default Can someone run a setup through OT2?

I was wondering if someone would be willing to run my setup throw OT2 for me to see what type of point I need to switch too. I will try and provide all the information that I can but if i miss something please let me know.

Bow: Darton Tundra Ext
DL: 28 3/4
DW: 49lbs
Arrows: Easton Fatboys 400 spine
Arrow Length: 29in
Insert: 38 gr
Point: right now 150gr screw in, will need to change for this setup

if you need anymore info please let me know.

If you are trying to get the spine even close you will need at least 200 grains...

I honestly don't know, as I've never tried to find any.

What are you trying to do with the arrow?

Don't worry about the spine then.... stick some 4" feathers on them and shoot...

Stiff is good... Many shoot stiff arrows for indoors... FOC and mass weight mean more at 20 yards than spine unless you are shooting fingers..

Something else you might want to look at is the add-on weights that Gold Tip makes. You'd need their loooonnngg allen wrench to install them from the nock end. They screw into back side of the insert and can be had in different weight sizes. Just another option to look at.

Keystone Country Store has booster weights that screw into your inserts and then your point screws into the weight. I think they are 25 grains each.
I'm not sure about the diameter though.

How well would a dart track to the target if it didn't have all the weight up front...?

I'll step out on a limb here and say not very good, I get what you are saying though. How does one figure FOC, without the help of OT2?

even the OT2 is a guess... I measure mine.

There are several methods, this is the one I use...

To find the FOC (which is always expressed as a percentage) divide the overall length of the arrow by two. This should produce the physical center of the shaft. Now subtract this number from the balance point and divide by the overall length. Multiply by 100 to express the fractional value as a percentage.

that makes sense, but how do you find the balance point?

I'm not disagreeing with anything stated so far. Just an FYI, 3Rivers archery does sell 200 and 250 grain screw-in points. There's another trad shop that sells 300s I just can't come up with the name offhand. I'll dig it up if you want.
