What do I need in my quiver?
Hello. I hope there is not a similar thread, I looked a few pages back and didn't see anything.
I am brand new to archery(I've only had my bow a couple of months) , but I thought I would jump right in with both feet, so I am going to my first 3D shoot tomorrow. My question is: What do I need to carry with me during the shoot? I've figured out that I will need arrow lube of some sort and maybe an Allen wrench set. What else might I need? Also any tips for a first timer would be appreciated.

Those are two good items to have onhand. An arrow puller comes in handy at times. I like to bring some water and maybe a granola bar. Something to write with so you can keep score also. A pair of binocculars helps to see the scoring rings so you know where to shoot.
Pay attention and watch other shooters and ask questions and listen to them. You will learn alot by doing this.

If you shoot anything like me, a small metal detector.
Definately the rubber arrow puller if you have one.

i always have a small baggie with some superglue, an extra point or two and a couple extra nocks, and small roll of black tape. a pen, allen wrenches, snack bar/crackers, drink mix stick to put in water for hydration, of course bino's, . also a few business cards or small paper to get names/phone/email form those you meet.

Oh and wear boots! Just bring your bow, arrows, quiver, release, and a good sense of humor!
