Rests issues on the bowtechs?

I was told you need to have a adapter for the trophy taker rests on the bowtechs.
Is this a isssue?
The trophy takers or other rests doesn't reach centershot or what?
Waiting for mine to come in still thought I should resolve the matter beforehand.

I currently have one on my Mighty Mite. I needed nothing added to make this possible.

I didn't realize there was 2 holes on the trophy taker,I took the screw out to take the washer off and walla,end of delema,the second hole left me about a 1/4 inch still to go.
