It's looking like it's going to be a good year here in southern Vermont. I have been seeing a lot of nice bucks (nice for Vermont). There seems to be a lot of deer in general. I am amazed how well the spike horn law has made a difference in the quality of bucks. I am hoping they will step it up to 3 points on a side. I have been seeing all these bucks and probably come season I wont be able to kill one. I guess we will find out in October!!!
