Whats your limit of deer for your state
Oklahoma its four does and two bucks total.
Now we have dmap program that gives permits and special hunts that dont count against your limits statewide during the regular season.

Michigan changes them up every year it seems. I believe this year it's 7 deer. All of which can be taken during bow season with the combo license and 5 doe tags. A maximum of 2 bucks can be taken.

Michigan varies depending on what counties you hunt. Our combo tag allows two deer total in archery and firearm seasons. Private and public land doe permits vary from one county to the next. I got 4 tags this year.

2 deer total if you don't purchase doe permits. For Private land you can 5 doe permits. So 7 Deer on Private land.

The way I read it is that I can shoot 4 Bucks and 20 does here in MD because I bought a muzzleloader permit. I only bowhunt so I can wear orange and hunt with my bow during the muzzleloader seasons.

Here, you get two buck tags when you get your licsence, along with a mail in lottery type doe application. The doe tags available vary according to what your deer population in you zone is and if they want it reduced or not. In those zones, if the number they have tags available is more than the applications they recieve, they sell the excess tags after the mail ins are given, at the district office, 1 per day, per licsence untill all those zone's tags are gone. This year in my zone there were 800 fewer tags available. I got the mail in, plus two over the counter. (They sold out of over the counter in two days) What a difference from years ago when it was stricktly BUCK (1) only.
Used to be you had to go to western Ma to see deer in numbers, but it seems to have swapped.

I always buy the max limit of Doe tags, and only shoot 2. This year I'm only buying 2. I always have intentions on hunting my butt off, then reality sets in and I get out about 5 times a season.

The rules change a little year to year here too. The best they had it was use a doe tag, you get another, untill all doe tags were gone. That gave those who used them tags, and those that hoped to use them 1. That seemed to keep doe tags available through SG season. Not like now unfortunately, the state wants they're money ASAP.

only 1 deer here in oregon either sex for archery, fork or better for rifle, but you can only hunt 1. it seems tough to kill a buck with a bow where i live, i would like to be able to kill a couple does like everyone else though

deer bag limit
Here in Kansas we are allowed 1 buck and you can get 1 state wide doe and up to 8 private land tags but you can use the the first 1 on publick land this year. So in all you can get up to 10 tags.

GA and NC
In Georgia, it's 10 does and 2 bucks, one of which must be 4-point or better with one tine at least 1 inch.
North Carolina's almost too weird to describe. We can kill 6 of either sex during bow season, but where I live it's bucks only during muzzleloader and gun seasons. Other parts of the state don't have that restriction. And you can't hunt on Sunday! The bars are open after noon, though.

You can shoot a max of 3 deer, two can be a buck but they all can be a doe if you draw a muzzle loader permit.

Bow 2 buck 2 doe
Muzload 1 either (private land 1 and 1)
Shot Gun 1 either (private land 1 and 1)
Plus you can hunt the coast line Jan 1st-31st for an extra 1 buck and 1 doe.
Side note you can use buck tags are either or and doe tags are doe only.
So looks like 12 total.
I would be happy to see 1 either or durring hunting hours

In Pa we get one buck state wide. As for doe, in the part of pa that I live in you can get as many doe tags as you can afford. In other parts of the state I think they have a limit of two doe tags but I could be wrong. I live in a special regulation part of the state and can go to the court house and buy doe tags and I think the rest of the state has to mail in for doe tags.

Maybe just the shot gun zone gets 5. It's impossible for me to keep up with these things. Every year I have to study the hunting and fishing guides to figure out what I can do.
