How many duck hunter do we have on here?
How's your season going? Where are you hunting?
I went out on the Saginaw Bay last weekend. It was cold and windy but a good day over all.
I did end up with two ducks, one red head and a teal.
I now understanding that I shoot a bow a heck of a lot better than I shoot a shotgun.
Here a pic of what I spent all day saturday looking at

A little known fact !
I use to be a duck/goose hunter , back when you could use lead shot ( that's like a long time ago , today ) and got alot of ducks !
I too have become a terrible shot since shooting a bow , it's about a toss-up now between gun or bow !

I do go once in a while. It's easy for me to go because I have a bud that goes alot and right near me. Not a bad way to spend rainy or overcast morning if you were'nt going to bowhunt. I enjoy watching the dog work. I miss so many ducks she does'nt even pay attention to me anymore. Pretty bad when you lose the dog's respect.

I first was amazed that the string in that AMS reel is 150lb. test , but if you miss and hit a underwater booby-trap log , well the reel won't pull a big log in , so you need to grab the string with your hands and pull to beat hell !
See old boy Michael was a carpshooter wannabe , and he really modelled himself after yours trully as I got fancy underwater foot action !
If you believe this , well I got I-80 in Iowa on a CASH SALE only !
