I use a tru-Ball Cappy boss. It stay on the string when hunting. All I haft do is grab the release aim start my push and pull and it goes off. I put my finger all the way around the trigger just touching my first finger and as I push and pull my hand will squeeze it and it goes off. I can even get a fast shot off real good with no problems. No fumbling around trying to put a release on a loop in low light because it all ready to go.

several companies make really good back tension releases, You didn't mention how much money you are willing to spend for this type of release. I think you can get a fletcher, tru-ball for under the 85 dollar mark. then you have the over 85 up to around 200 dollar ones from Carter, Spot Hogg, Hot Shot, Stanislawski.

The best release is the one that you feel comfortable using.
