I'll most likely be there. That is unless I have converted to 3-d and am getting ready for Gainesville.

I believe me and Hacker will be there. Not to sure of how many Okies will be there. There was bad taste put in some of there mouths last year when they wouldnt allow anyone to practice on Sat and Sun. A few of us had to work out some stuff with our bows ( my cable slide backed all the way out during the first few ends on the first day) and we were flat told NO! We drove a long way to shoot there. I was told that might be worked out this year. Hopefully.

The past organizers of the shoot have been very "legalistic" and inflexible in the past. I'd like to tell you that has changed with the "next generation" now running the shoot, but won't without prior confirmation. They ran a tight ship in the past, but have unfortunately run off a lot of people with those ideals.
I am no longer a member of the Host club, but will give them a call to see if they are going to change that problem. If not, there is a small private range about 15 minutes away that I may be able to gain access for you. He has 6 bales, so several can shoot at once.
I will make that call as well and let you know.

A well known member here broke his d-loop 2 or 3 years ago at that shoot and was only allowed the standard practice shots to check out his bow before scoring began. Unfortunate.
I won't be there this year since I still have all my tags to fill and haven't touched my target bow.

Ha Ha Ha. Good one DB
Hunter what you dont understand is that I guarantee you that indoor will help you out tremendously in 3D. I dont think there is anything better for working on your form. You need to get into it. Just look at your best 3D shooters. 99 percent of them shoot indoor.

Good archer loves shooting it all. I love field, 900 rounds, pop ups. Shooting a bow is shooting a bow. Indoor builds the mental game though. Nothing like it. Untell you have stepped on the line with 300 shooters all shooting at one time. What a rush. Game of perfection and few will ever shoot a 300 60X or a 300 30X on Vegas. But those who did put the hours in to get there. No easy feat at all.
