Cam question
If your bow is originally a single cam system can you add another cam to the top limb where the idler wheel is?

I don't know of a bow that comes from the factory like this. However, I know there are some guys over at Elite Archery Forums who have taken a Rev cam and put it on an Agile to make an Agile SS. I supose you could then take a top Rev cam and use instead of the idler wheel. With FRANKENBOWS, the possiblilies are endless.
To answer your question, yes you can, but I don't think there are any bows coming out of the factory specifically designed for this.

I'm not sure if it would be possible on the Stinger, because I would imagine the Stinger cam is built just for a single cam application. Where, the rev cams, K8's, etc. were initially design as dual cams. Meaning, the Stinger cam doesn't have cam that is a mirror of itself. However, if it was possible I doubt it would be worth the time and money. Here's the deal: first you'd probably need to find someone who has done this before to get string lengths, and you'd need to aquire the top cam. Unless you make your own strings, you are looking at spending ~75$-90$ for a set of strings. If they are not the correct length the first time, you would have to buy em again. Just not worth it for a $300 bow. You would probably be at ~$200 for parts you don't even know is gonna work. This is one of those things where if you really don't know what you are doing, better off just leaveing it alone. Probably better off just saving that money, selling the Stinger, and picking up a used GTO, or XXL, or any ELITE for that matter. All of them a good bows.
