Very little snow, but 3d started here a couple weeks ago, we shot 28* Saturday and hi 36* Sunday.
Pretty dang cold for Texas 3D shooters.

Gees, our winter league 3D season is almost half over. Outside, too, every Sunday for 15 weeks. I don't know how it's supposed to go this weekend with over 2' of snow on the ground. Ought to be real interesting. That and temperatures hovering around 20 degrees F. That's the outdoor league.
There are also several clubs around that have 30 target indoor 3D shoots also. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Three different shoots at 3 different clubs.
Lately I've spent so much time with a snowblower in front of me I have no time to get bored. Just today I spent almost 7 hours behind the snowblower.

Yep been tired of the 20" of snow and the 10 degree or less temps for awhile now. Ready for warmer weather and 3D to get started. BRING ON SPRING!

we had 11 inches of snow here yesterday.. snowed for 24 hours straight... that is unheard of here in Texas...
My dad said he hasn't seen anything like this since 1978....
And it is colder than a well diggers butt here!! At least there is no ice on the roads YET...

We dodged that last bullet of snow here Tiffany but we've had our share of snow and cold weather this Winter.

They say the weather in Ohio changes every hour so you never get bored. But for some unknown reason we are stuck in snow, ice, and freezing cold. Could someone please re-boot the weather cycle for us here in the Buckeye state please!

Holy cow, that is a long time to run a blower.
Sounds to me like you need to buy a pickup with a plow.

The snow here in Maryland is so much more than we've ever had before that it's nearly paralized the area. Schools are just re-opening afte a week to 10 days of closing. Even the federal government was closed for several days. (ok, so deep snow isn't all bad )
My club is in Frederick county and the schools there are still closed. Since the club is on a secondary road with few homes and no businesses, it was just recently plowed. We've had to cancel league for two weeks.
This amount of snow, anywhere from 36" to 60", may not be a big deal in parts of the ountry where they are prepared for it. But we've only had 4" or less each of the last six years. I think that the local governments drank the global warming kool aid and thought that they didn't have to plan for big snow any more. They're sure doing a terrible job of plowing out.
I'm ready for warmer weather.
Allen
