A guy here I work with is experiencing the same thing. He says they won't even answer e-mails. He has had a stab on order for 4 weeks.

I don't understand why people order from places like this?
Is it simply price driven?

We are cheaper than NAS on many items. Just compare our Carter prices to theirs.

The guy here at work ordered there due to they was they cheapest for the stabilizer he wanted.

It was a doinker. Not sure what model. I can find out Monday if you want. It was around $100 range. He said every where he looked was at least $10 dollars more.

I will say that $10 is a small price to pay for the right customer service. Believe me I had to find out the hard way. There is another larger company that has been around a while and I can't understand why. I ordered several standard off the shelf items that took 8 weeks to ship and another week and a half to get to me. Unless it is the deal of the year, experience has shown me to go with proven good customer service.
