Having any arrow combination that runs a minimum of 9 % foc and meeting all IBO rules shot at a speed not exceeding what you are capable of shooting repeatedly accurate is what should be your goal line as far as a setup
For example my Pro 22s weigh in at 332.5 grains with a foc of 9% and my bow setup that I can continuously shoot accurate is at 66.5 lbs, my speed checked at a few events ranges from 348 to 350 fps. This works for me, but the key is I can shoot and repeat the shot from one to another with my setup.
This was a bow that I had set up back in July of 2009
Priorities should be accuracy; the capability to repeat the shot and then what ever your speeds end up at you should except the speed and focus on a great shot and then the scores will follow.
Good Luck!
