TX - OK shootout: Paris ASA
Hey Okies...
There has been some "concern" down here as to the change to what was an awesome shoot last year... and one aptly titled to make sense.
We have been told that, the shoot this year will also include Arkansas and Missouri ...... no offense to AR & MO, but there was a reason for the format of this shoot as it was originally created.
"We" are curious as to what your feelings are as to this "change"?

Curious to see how the shoot down will be held. Sounds like a lot of shooters to be in the shoot off.
I think it started from well kinda of a Rivalry from old history in college sports and then so many of us from both sides crossing the river to steal each others buckles. We have some history there. I think it will kinda get lost bringing in all other states, but would like to hear the details before knocking it completely. JMO....

Personally I think it sucks..................I know that's harsh but it's always been a longstanding tradition between okies and texans. If AR and MO want a shootdown they can compete against each other.

Shoot Off
Just talked via phone with Luke.
Nothing has changed. Shoot off just like last year and you must shoot the City shoot on Thrusday to qaulify. Texas will get an orange score card and Okies a red one. Shoot off will take place right after the pro shoot off on Sat.
Results will most likely be the same and the Texans will take there butt kicking again from the Okies. Everyone feel the love!
Honestly it all good and good luck to both teams.
DB
There is talk about a regional shoot off next year including some other states in that! Nothing in stone yet.

Nothing has changed about the Texas/Okla. shoot off. Luke talking about a regional shoot including some other states fro next year. It has nothing to do with Texas/Oklahoma shoot. Everyone must qaulify on Thrusday and shoot off will be right after pro shoot off on Sat evening.

They do have some sissy stakes for your class You best stay down with the youth for sure. Working mens class isnt something you want no part of.
