Spine Question...

Is a 600 Easton Axis nano spine too stiff to shoot for a hunting arrow? I usually stay around the 400's. Would there be a big difference switching to a 600?? Any input would be GREAT.

I don't know your bow setup, but I would imagine that a 600 is underspined. I think you have things backwards in your thinking. Easton/Beman lists their spined according to actual deflection. A .400 is stiffer than a .600. Their arrows stiffer than a .400 are a .340 and .300.

600 Nano for myself would not be the spine I would want. I would think you would be better off staying with your 400 and a hunting arrow.
