Hopefully someone with some personal experience responds. Sometimes that is more helpful than what you get from a Google search on the Internet. BTW if you are going to bust someone's stones for asking for info that can be found via Google (then attempt to demonstrate what a fine searcher you are) you should at least look at the links you post. That last one is for a town in Wisconsin called Oregon.
