The first thing i noticed about my strings package, is that it was more than what i asked for. It was more like a care package, it came with string, cable, matching d-loop material and peep serving...

The color was a perfect match to my bow, a 2008 Lizard Green & Black, Mathews Apex 7. The next and most amazing thing i noticed, was after having installed them on my bow, was the fact that my bow was in complete factory spec. No twisting or untwisting of string or cable had to be done, perfect right out of the package. Brace height was exactly 7" and the ATA was exactly 38", but then came the small problem.....

After shooting it through my chronograph, i found that my bow, which was shooting at 288 fps was now shooting 293 fps, a 5 fps speed in crease at the exact same draw weight and arrow. Dang, this puts me well over the 280 fps + or - 3% ASA speed rule for the open class

, i guess that means i'll just have to drop my draw weight down from 59 pounds to about 57 or so. Man that's going to suck......"NOT".....
Here's a couple of picture's, not the best pic's in the world, but here they are.[/B]
